Hi there,
LivePrompter tries to be smart around enharmonic interpretation of chords depending on the general key a song is in. It looks for the shortest distance along the circle of fifths, so if a song is in C, Bb is just two steps away, so LivePrompter will interpret that root as Bb and not as A#. This is all part of LivePrompter's transposition system, so unfortunately can't be turned off...
First thing is to check that you have set the correct key for your song using the {key:...} tag. If a chord is not part of the general harmonic repertoire of your song (e.g. a passing chord), you can also try putting a different key tag in front of the specific line that contains the A#6 chord and another key tag after that line to return to normal. You may need to experiment a bit.
Cheers,
Torsten

He could also remove the {key: XX} from the song file... it would remove the ability to transpose but if that's not a worry then removal is a quick option.

Not really, if there is no key tag in a song, LivePrompter simply assumes C major. LivePrompter will always transpose - resistance is futile ;-) ...
