Hi, thanks for your great prompter app. It's the first one that I have really been able to work with relatively easy and get good results from. I've sorted out the scrolling speed, the tempo metronome, etc. - it all works fine. I have a question though, concerning text size. After succesfully defining my text size as 30 in the .ini file, I have used the command {textsize:80} on a separate line in one of my .txt song files. I am hoping to be able to reduce one overly long line to 80% of its font size so it fits on the screen. For good measure, I have followed that line by inserting a {textsize:100} command to revert to regular size again. Obviously, I'm saving the .txt file after each adaptation. However, no changes in text size are apparent on my prompter page. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks very much in advance!

Hey Artur,
LivePrompter will only recognize one text size per song, not individual text sizes per line (this would throw the current scrolling logic out of whack...). It uses the last {textsize:} command in your file to set the text size for the whole song, so in your case, it will set the text size to 100%, due to the second textsize command.
If you have a song with lines that are too long, you'll have to use only one textsize command (typically at the start of the song file), which will then apply to the whole song.
Alternatively, it is usually better to simply insert a couple of line breaks to keep the song readable ;-)
Maybe a future LivePrompter version will have individual text sizes per line, but for that, I'd have to re-work the whole rendering and scrolling engine, so don't hold your breath...
Cheers,
Torsten
