I am trying to evaluate LivePrompter with a view to a few friends and I using it at some music sessions we run. Yesterday, a couple of us installed on some Android phones (Samsung in my case), which worked fine and today I installed on my Windows 11 laptop.
However, I just tried to install on my new (three week old) Acer ACTAB1024 with Android 13 but the Google PlayStore says it is not compatible with the device.
Any idea why? Can I get around this?

Honestly, no clue - Android 13 should be OK; I'm running LP2 on devices with Android 12 to 14 with no issues so far. If you're comfortable sideloading .apk files directly, you can try to load the current version here: liveprompter.com/downloads/apk/liveprompter2_1_4_7.apkI don't have access to the tablet you mention, so can't test directly, unfortunately. Cheers, Torsten

I managed to install that APK fine.
It starts o.k., I can connect to dropbox o.k., I then tell it to sync, but then things go wrong...
It gets as far as telling me the name of the single file I currently have in the drop box area, a line saying
download and name of my one file, but then I just getting a spinning circle and no more progress.
In contrast, using the LivePrompter (from Playstore) on my Samsung phone, I add drop box as a source, tell it to sync, I see the same line saying 'download and file name' but that's just there for a moment then it reported creating the other structure for LivePrompter to use and so on and then I have my song.
In contrast the tablet with the APK from you, which I started to sync many minutes ago, still have the spinning circle....
Any ideas?

Maybe just kill the process and start again - sometimes Dropbox just hiccups..
